Guests will receive a physical credential for each member of their party. For sponsors at the $5000 level and above, your credentials will be sent via FedEx the week of October 6. $1500 ticket buyers will pick up their credentials at Will Call tent located at Chase Center on the night of the event.

For enhanced security verification, we require physical tickets rather than electronic ones.

No, the Benefit is accessible only to those who have purchased a UCSF sponsorship package or individual tickets through UCSF. Guests will wear a special credential for the Benefit throughout the night.

To avoid street closures and traffic congestion, we highly recommend taking public transit or ride share. Dreamforce Conference attendees may use the conference shuttle. Complimentary valet parking is provided for sponsors at the $5,000 level and above; valet address and passes will be sent in advance to qualifying sponsors.

Benefit guests should use the entrance located at the corner of Warriors Way and Terry A. Francois Blvd.

The Benefit entrance is on the Esplanade level, near Che Fico restaurant. Please look for UCSF Benefit signage and dedicated entry lanes. Volunteers will also be available to assist you.

There is a special entrance for UCSF Benefit guests located near the corner of Warriors Way and Terry A. Francois Blvd.

Benefit guests have the opportunity to attend either the Chase Center Concert or outdoor concert.

Inside Chase Center, Benefit guests will have a VIP experience with lavish food, drink, and special activations. Each Benefit guest will have a seating area assigned in Chase, available all night.

At the park, the experience will have a festival feel with standing room only. Benefit guests have a designated entrance to the park located near the corner of Warriors Way and Terry A. Francois Blvd., with access to either a pit directly in front of the stage or the larger General Admission field. Note that capacity is limited and space is not guaranteed; if capacity is reached, guests will no longer be able to enter the venue.

Once guests enter the secure perimeter around Chase Center, they are allowed to move between Chase Center and the park concert.

However, there is a strict capacity at the concert in the park. Once capacity has been reached, guests may no longer enter. Admission to the park is not guaranteed.

Sponsors of $150,000 and above get access to Above the Rim, a VIP viewing area on the 9th floor of Chase Center with fantastic views of the park and sound piped in directly from the stage. A special credential is required.

Benefit sponsors at any level have access to the concert in the park. NOTE: There is no seating in the park. All guests have standing room tickets, as space permits. Benefit guests have a designated entrance to the park with access to a VIP stage front pit. However, capacity is limited and space is not guaranteed. Once the VIP section is filled, benefit guests may use the general admission zone.

Following the outdoor concert, benefit guests are invited back into Chase Center to join the VIP after party.

There is no designated Benefit viewing area on the floor.

Chase Center:
Guests on the Suite Level, Theater Boxes, and Courtside will have their seat assignment printed on their credentials. Seating in the Level 5 Club is not assigned; there will be ample room for all guests to find a seat with an excellent view.

Outdoor concert in the park:
There is no seating in the park. All guests have standing room tickets, as space permits. Benefit guests have a designated entrance to the park with access to a VIP stage front pit. However, capacity is limited and space is not guaranteed. Once the VIP section is filled, benefit guests may use the general admission zone.

When Chase Center doors open at 6 p.m., Benefit guests will be welcomed with a lavish reception featuring an open bar, elevated menu, and entertainment throughout.

There will be a brief intermission between the concert and the after party. Guests at the outdoor concert should make their way inside Chase Center after the concert ends.

Following the intermission, the after party begins in Chase Center. Explore an array of entertainment, late night bites, and special surprises on East Suite Landing, United Club, JP Morgan Club, and Chase Club (see after party maps onsite for more details). All guests with a UCSF Benefit credential have access to the after party.

The Benefit entrance and all spaces inside Chase Center and outdoor park are fully accessible.

No, there is no coat check inside Chase Center. You may check your items at the bag valet outside on the corner of Warriors Way and Terry A. Francois Blvd, but please note there may be long wait times.

 Suite level guests have access to a coat closet in their suite.

Come in your chicest concert attire, or in a fleece straight from the conference. This is an indoor/outdoor event across a large space with multiple levels. Plan to bring a jacket and to wear comfortable shoes.
