THE VIP EXPERIENCE STARTS AT 6 P.M.

Enjoy a lavish reception featuring an open bar, elevated menu, and entertainment all night! With two amazing headliners and the legendary after party, an unforgettable evening awaits.

Credentials Are Required
The UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals Benefit requires a special credential that must be worn throughout the night. A physical credential will be provided for each member of your party. For sponsors at the Impact ($12K) level and above, these will be shipped via FedEx for delivery this week, between September 7-11. $1,500 ticket buyers will pick up their credentials at Giants Ballpark Will Call on the night of the event.

Will Call
Credential pick-up will be located at the stadium Will Call window on King Street, next to Willie Mays Plaza on the night of the event. Will Call will be open from 5-8 p.m.

Transportation
To avoid street closures and traffic congestion, we highly recommend taking public transit, rideshare, or walking from Moscone Center. Complimentary valet parking is provided for sponsors at the Impact ($12K) level and above; valet address and passes will be sent in advance to qualifying sponsors.

Entrance
We have two entrances; to ensure a smoother flow, please select the entrance corresponding to the seating indicated on your credential. Look for UCSF Benefit signage and dedicated entry lanes. Staff will also be available to assist you.

Re-entry is not permitted at Dreamfest. You may only enter the Giants Ballpark once with your Benefit credential.

Reception
When doors open at 6 p.m., Benefit guests will be welcomed with a reception inside the Giants Ballpark featuring an open bar, elevated menu, and entertainment throughout the night.

Seating
Guests on Suite Level will have their assigned suite number on their credentials. Cloud Club is also on Suite Level. Seating on Club Level is not assigned unless otherwise noted on your Benefit credential; there is ample room for all guests to find an excellent view.

VIP Viewing Area
Our generous sponsors at the Future ($35K) level and above may visit the VIP viewing area on the field, directly adjacent to the stage. All other Benefit guests may visit the GA area of the field. Please note that capacity is limited.

After Party
The after party begins on Club Level immediately following the concert with more music, late-night bites, and special surprises. All guests with a UCSF Benefit credential have access to the after party.

Accessibility
The Benefit entrance and all spaces inside the Giants Ballpark are fully accessible. We welcome everyone to our events. To request reasonable accommodation, please contact sponsorships@ucsf.edu as soon as possible.

For Your Safety
All attendees will be subject to security protocols including credential scan, bag search, and metal detection screening upon entrance. Bartenders will check ID if you look under the age of 35.

The Following Items Are Not Permitted

  • Bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8”

  • Backpacks

  • Suitcases

  • Laptops

  • Cameras with detachable lenses

  • Tripods

  • Selfie sticks

  • Laser pointers

  • Outside food or beverage

  • Audio/Visual recording devices (i.e. GoPro)

  • Weapons of any kind, including pepper spray

Attire
Come in your chicest concert attire, or in a fleece straight from the conference. This is an indoor/outdoor event across a large space with multiple levels. Plan to bring a jacket and wear comfortable shoes.
